Abuse and Unprofessionalism

It is imperative that OASIS takes a very good look at how the funds for their programs and the conduct with staff and patients is done. I am requesting that a Palladia site located at 1600 Macombs Road in the Bronx be investagated as it is unsanitary, an unsafe structure and unsuccessful in treating patients with dignity, pride and total professionalism. My spouse is in that site and I am fighting to get him out before he loses his mind. He's been there over a year and have only had him stay home for 4 times one night. They do not help with family support structure at allIt is imperative that programs become more sensative to the importance of assisting individuals in need of help to find themselves to become self empowered towards clean living. If those that are working with the patients don't care on the quality of their deliverance well then our streets will continue to be filled with unsuccessful drug addicts. When assisted correctly in a drug program it becomes a powerful tool and example of victory and they become positive structures in their community and in other peoples lives. They become life savers for life. There is also a huge bedbug infestition and nothing is being done and my spouse was attacked by these critters really bad. Funds are being used illegally and 30% of their staff are still using drugs. They do not allow their patients to compalin to OASIS and abuse of mental character is a norm. Please pass this on so that OASIS can take a close look at this particular site and rescue the patients to be transferred and aide them towards recovery with dignity, respect and needed pride.
