Ripoff - would not cancel my membership and went into my account

I called bargain network in the early part of october to cancel my membership. They said that i was cancel. But on october the 30th, they went into my account and took out 9.95 which was my new account, because someone else went into it. Which cause my account to bounce.

I called them when I got the letter that my account had bounced. That was on November the 8th, and told them that I had called them in Octcber before the 30th and cancel. She stated that I never called and I have to cancel before NOvember the 30th. Now I can't get my money back and have to paid for a bounce check.
