Inc. Owner Donald Lasker rip offed credit card # & charged my acct w/o authorization

How can a company or org get a way w / calling you leaving a long msg on your answering machine, and charging your credit card w/o ever talking to you. I cant believe this, How in the *ell did they get my Name, Phone #, address, credit card #??? That's very scary.

I got recorded msg on my answering machine 11/5 I didn't play the entire thing, I hung up. I Received a letter on 11/7 stating that I would receive my Magazine subscription in 3 wks. I checked my bank records and found that they had charged my Visa / debit card on 11/5. I did not talk to anyone, just had a recorded msg on my answering machine. How in the world did they get my Name, address, phone # and credit card # and charge it to my visa w/o my authorization.

I did a google search on the domain name and found a BB where a man said it happend to him.

I could not find a listing @ the I.R.S. For them as a non-profit org asn their letter states.
