These people scammed me. I applied for a payday Loan, which I will never do again thanks to this, and it "signed" me up for this scam. They will not refund me the $23.96 plus the overdraft fee from my bank and they were not helpful at all. They even had the nerve to say that they were sending me a cancellation notice to the registered e-mail and I never recieved one. How can they get away with this? It can't be legal? What can I do to not only get my money back, but to help others in similar situations to not fall prey to them? I will be going to my bank to report this fraudulant activity, but I am not sure how helpful they will be. Can't someone do something about these scams? Some of us need to utilize payday loans once in a while. And this makes us afraid to do so. If there are any lawyers out there doing pro bono work please help us, obviouly our government is too busy help.
