Par Car Corp. Will not aqccept responsibility for a manufacturing problem

We purchased a new Par Car Golf Cart four years ago and we have had continuing problems with computers, programing, electrical motors, electrical systems. The most serious of all the problems is the continuing oil leak in the rear of the cart. Each year the oil leak was reported and supposedly fixed, but the leak came back the next year and the next and the next. This problem is obviously a manufacturing problem and should be corrected at Par Car expense and warranted. But Par Car Corp will not accept the responsibility for their problem.
