Charged my credit Card without my permission

Saw a fraudulent hold charge on my bank statement for $15.90 from www.goerase.com... Since I never heard of them checked the website, unfamiliar... Emailed them and they requested my name and last 4 of card... Checked bank... Acharge went through as $16.06... They emailed me back and said I made a purchase on 6/12/10 and they had my old address and some fake email address from some web url that I did some research on and was created only a month after goerase.com was created... Likesport.net (http://domain-daily.com/new-09-17/104.html, http://www.psroom.com-10/09_17.html) they gave me some IP that was supposedly mine, but doesnt seem to exist 74.65.102.44 they refunded my money but in my research many other people have been charged, thus somehow they have our credit card info without our permission (e.G. Http://www.siteadvisor.com/sites/goerase.com/postid/? P=4832094)
