Sent a check in the amount of $3991.20 to pay taxes on $245,364.35

It's alway some stupid African in Canada that sends these to my father-n-law and he thinks he is going to win money. I try and intercept them before he gets them, such as this one. He is 84 years old and believes all these sweepstakes are going to get him rich. He has been sending in this crap for 20 years and hasn't figured it out yet. All I can do is intercept them and try to save him from losing his money.
