Paul Mandel with the Financial Associates offered me the opportunity to become part of his company as a sales agent. As an agent, I was to receive the following: Training Manuel, application training guide, business cards, quad fold glossy brochure with my name and phone # with unlimited rights for duplication, master copy of application, master copy of business flyer, and unlimited email and phone support. None of these things I ever received. They did ask for a $1488.00 deposit which was to be used towards them purchasing lists of 10,000 businesses and mailing them postcards offering their services, which was offering working captital to businesses. Since they received my deposit, they never answer there phones or emails. They also said once I had a business application and it was approved, they would refund my $1488.00. Well, I even did that! I sent in an application with a A rated business and I never, ever heard from them again. I've left at least 2 dozen phone messages and 3 dozen emails. I've written for refund and I am following up with the BBB and the attorney general of Michigan. These people are a disgrace to the human race and I just hope that someday they will pay dearly.
