Flooring Horror Story!

I want you to know! Chase Bradford, owner Concreations……. You should know what this guy’s business ethics are & Warn unsuspecting customers who rely on web sites, such as yours, for direction!

It went fine until it was time for us to move back in our house & we saw the WORST WORKMENSHIP to ever exist. I have a very long list of repairs that still 8 months later have not been repaired. The owner, Chase Bradford is ignoring me. I have reported him to the BBB & threatened law suit, that is my next step, & still he refuses to correct his crews errors. A few problems: There are 6 shoe prints stamped into the concrete his guys left in my living room. He is very aware they are there. He sealed a bug, stick, dirt & other unidentifiable objects in to my floor. Whatever he sealed the floors with attracts scuff marks. There are scuff marks, that will not come off everywhere, IT LOOKS AWFUL! He told me he could fix it, but has never showed up to do so. His crew damaged baseboards, walls, doors & cracked tiles. All could have been avoided if they were professional & took a bit of pride in their work. There is dye where there should not be, there is concrete / overlay where it should not be. There is blue painters tape concreted in between the floors & baseboards. Some places did not get any dye that should have & are left white. Some places did not get any overlay & left a with gaps. The list goes on & on. The worst part of it is I've given him 8 months to repair his damages, & he has ignored me. I've sent so many emails, faxes & text messages. I've left way to many messages on his phone. I've certified mailed a 3 page letter, which I have his signature it was received, asking him to just come & complete his job, only be completely ignored. Never use this company!!! He is a theif & a lier!!!
