Dirty trainers

I ordered some Ed HArdy Trainers, they arrived and the EdHardy bit at the side is faded, the black has started to come off (right foot). Left foot - the badge colour is yellow instead of white, they looked like they have been worn and are dirty underneath especially the right foot. I also ordered a t-shirt they took my money and then sent me an e-mail saying it was out of stock to choose another t-shirt. I sent them images showing the dirt marks on the trainers as they said they would give me back 15.00us dollars. They have since denied this and have told me to send the trainers back. We have been going back an forth for at least 3 weeks now. I found teh whole experince frustrating.
