Neighbor from hell -How Far Does Your Neighbor Go to Get Rid of You?

How far? I have a friend who's neighbor is trying to get rid of him. Her name is Mrs. Seacca. For some reason she wants my friend out of there so she calls the police for any little thing. Just the other day she starts telling everyone that my friend is killing the deer up there. Wrong, my friend has been killing his deer at Horseshoe.

Another thing is she calls the cops when my friend has a fire outdoors in the fireplace. What is this world comming too if you can't have a fire built in your fireplace. So my friend got a burning permit just to piss her off. Of course, she again called the police about them making a fire again and the next day the forest ranger went up to my friend's house, but nothing was done because my friend had a burning permit.

What will she tell the cops next. Can people go around slandering your name. I don't know, but Mrs. Seacca has a major problem and should stop slandering people.
