Ripped off by Invisi-Lift

First. They tried to charge me for $228.00 for merchandise in which quantities I did not order. Then, I had to fight with customer service, who at one point, offered me $20.00 to accept the order as it was. When I refused, they reluctantly gave me a return authorization number (which I believe was bogus), and I returned the order in its original packaging. After all that, they had the nerve to call me and offer me a "free" piece of genuine gemstone jewelry. Who knows what I would have been charged for that? Then, on top of everything else, yesterday, the postman came to my door saying I owed $1.33 postage due because they never claimed the package at the post office and the postal service only holds packages for only so long, so it had to be returned to me. Where do I go from here?
