Teleplus llc RIP OFF ALERT STAY AWAY

I had an account with this company for almost 3 years. All together I purchased more than 2K in Units to call family in Africa and such. All was working fine until last year they made some changes and the call start to dropping taking a 20$ card to 15$ without even making a call. Or when You hung up the call continues without you knowning. Anyway I call and this stupid Idiot named Bassim pickup and told me he won't change anything to my account... I just tried a call that didn't go through but my balance went from 5$ to 1$!!! What the Hell??! Not only is this guy rude but he's an idiot b/c I am telling him about my lost minutes and all he has to say is that he just tried and it's working... The F* to I care if U try and it worked??? Just stay away from this card now if you've been using it or if you are planning on using it... Smells like scam... And I am of course cancelling my account as we speak. Mr Bassim you want to play smart with me? I will show U how stupid you are and I promise you, I will do my best for your business to go downhill from now on... Trust me on that.
