PC Richards
Poor Service

June 3 i went to PC Richards to purchase a tv. I was told many things. One was that when i buy this television i could get HD and even PC richards will make the phone call to cablevision and take care of that for us for free and if I didn't than If I called my self that cablevision would charge me $40.00. We did buy tv. We also dealt w / store #17 PC Richard & Son in Bayside, NY and a gentleman named Chris. So we did say yes we would like PC Richards to call for us. So, Chris the employee of PC Richards said ok he will call and we would hear from them in 2 days. Needless to say we have not yet heard from them. We called PC Richards and asked for Chris and we were on hold about 4 times so far in 2 days and on hold for 15 minutes or more that he is unavailable. So, finally this Chris called us today and told us that he didn't get any of the messages and that the computer is down since June 3rd... Some Kiosk machine is out of order. He was off on friday. So, that is really no excuse. Someone should of called us. So, we are very unhappy with the customer realtions with the store and the services. WE will not be using PC Richards again. We have only stress out of this and a tv that is not hooked up correctly because of false promises. He then advised us to call Cable and pay $40. Oo. After he lied to us and
