Serious rip-off artists! They should be in jail for theft of my jewellery!

This company needs to be shut-down and the owner (s) should be charged with theft! I have photos (on a digital scale) of the 70 grams of gold and diamond jewellery I sent to them. According to the rates on their website I should've received a cheque for anywhere between $1000 - $1200. However they sent me a cheque for $42.36. I immediately returned it via Canada Post Express Post and asked that my jewellery be returned as per their 100% satisfaction guarantee. I never heard from them again, nor have I received my stuff back! I've reported them to the BBB and the JVC both in Canada and the US - however apparently so have many other people but yet they are still in business and still scamming people out of their gold!
