Banking President Allegedly Gave Assistant Raises During Sexual Relationship

The president of banking in Oregon was previously in San Diego and would give his assistant raises and performance bonuses at the time having sexual relationship with that employee. I contacted corp. Security but have had no success. That is why they charge for every thing ie; cashing checks, high over drafts etc.
