Lewis victor total scam artists, they use fake school contracts, do not pay employees, their checks bounce

Lewis Victor and Mike Martoe should be in jail for running a total scam. They promise school folders, take local merchants money and never produce the product. The few times they actually produced a product it was for 25 copies when 500 were promised.
After you fight to get paid, which takes weeks, the check bounces. I do not know how these crooks can sleep nights.

I know of many complaints but they seem to keep scamming good people.

Can someone finally put a stop to these scammers???
