Thirty minutes ago I left the Springfield-Franconia Station. I had an exchange with a rude and condescening employee. I wanted to know if written information re: fare fees was available. The employee (black/male) pointed to some charts with fees and began to ramble on about how he could not have schedules at all of the stations. I then asked if the prices were on the web site. He said no. I then said "They aren't". He then informed me that I was not fully undersanding him. On first blush this complaint probably does not rise to a more egregious event. However, this conversation took place infront of other people. Your employee performed for them. He was loud and arrogant. I turned a left. He was impossible to deal with. This is my first encounter with a surly Metro employee and I have been a passenger for 25 years. I'm sorry I failed to get the employees name.
