I contacted a by the name of Francis Jong a diamond seller from Alibaba trading internet site. A Francis Jong sent me a manifest of rough Diamonds for sale. Unfortunatly I did not search his name for fraud or scam as I normally do. I was conned into sending half the money to cover the cost of delivery and had made arrangements to pay the balance upon delivery and testing of diamond. I was contacted again by Francis Jong for an additional $300 for the stone to be sent. Then he even had the nerve to ask me for full payment before he would send the stone.

He showed me a KPC photo of my package supposedly ready to be sent along with an invoice that looked exactly like the one another ripp off report person posted on the site. Same invoice, same M.O. Same personal name but a different company name.
I just want to make sure that others do not get ripped off by this person. I have posted the same report on Alibaba so his name will be burned and he will not be able to ripp off other people.

I have complete email trail of this expereance and will post all emails later. His email address is francis. J640@gmail.com, He uses Jong Stones LTD in his invoices. Beware and do not do business with him. He gave me a partners name of Charles N. Nah
