"consumer fraud complaint"

Hello,

I am an unintentional GE Money bank customer by virtue of purchasing a Select Comfort bed, which the company utilizes GE Money to facilitate and establish consumer credit accounts. I send this message because I received my billing statement from them via US mail dated 5/20 and I noticed some discrepancies regarding payments that should’ve been posted to my account. My personal financial institution has provided proof the monies have been received and expended by someone at GE Money bank of Orlando FL.in effort to resolve the problem at the lowest possible level, I contacted them on 5/29/10 to try and have the error corrected and after a couple frustrating conversations with a customer service rep and a manager by the name of Alex, no legitimate explanation was given regarding the monies I had sent them for payment on my account. It’s as if my money went to their provided business address and Disappeared! If you’d like to hear more or if there is someone willing to help, I’m willing to listen. However I will never do business with them again or recommend them to anyone for a viable choice for credit services of any type.
