Good Luck - PODS Storage

Two Issues:
1. Access: When we needed to access our POD in winter we found that they put it outside, in the cold, snow or rain. So access was terrible. This is certainly not mentioned in their website when the tout their access. Also, access hours were limited (no Sundays). Not nearly as good as a self storage for accessing your belongings.

2. Delivery: All they will do is give you a 3 hour delivery window, the night before. Not very convenient if you have constraints. It makes the cable and phone companies look like customer service champs.
