So as we acquiesced he arranged for my sister Nora Abraham and her husband Jack Sholom David Abraham to remove jewelry, money, artwork, furniture, medical supplies, gifts my daughters gave my Parents.
So while we held off as per Sclafani's request on behalf of his scofflaw clients, he was instructing them to feel free to remove whatever they wanted.
I advise you to get whatever you agree to in writing from Sclafani as he will not only obfuscate but he will also stop answering faxes, calls and emails.

Sclafani knew full well that as administrator of the estate I could have removed everything from the premises under law and thus his request that we hold off was rewarded by Sclafani recommending to his scofflaw deadbeat (on a separate matter with www.jackabraham.com) client Jack Abraham and his wife that they feel free to remove not only all cash from bank accounts but also anything of value leaving the mess for us to spend a week cleaning up item by item.
It is interesting to see how people behave no better than animals and how lawyers use the decrepit outmoded legal system in this land to protect the animals.
