Sgt Matthew Woodward of the Persian Gulf
Is a con artist that "buys" peoples horses and never pays

I was sent an unusual e-mail from a man by the name of Matthew Woodward.
Only to search him, and find out that he is a con.
Apparently Mr. Woodward takes an interest to horse business.
He takes an interest to someones add on selling a horse, and he makes up an excuse about his vet having to check the horse before you can cash the check? And the check isn't even real! Yet he still gets away with taking your horse!

Please he has just e-mailed me about my horse i am selling! I need help, i want this man caught. As im sure many others do!
If there is any authority who can help me please let me know ASAP!!!
I want to help stop this man!
