No help with return - return not processed after 41 days

I returned an item over 41 days ago, when i phone them, i get the same response, "wait a few days more"! Sent over 7 e-mails, they responded once! I used the label that was included with my order, and mailed it at my local post office. They will not help m, e in this matter.
