Sale of Dishwasher Fraud

I bought a Bosch dishwasher Evolution (4/21), stainless steel, which was delivered 5/10. After installation the dishwasher was leaking all over my floor. A Bosch repair person came and said the circular motor is cracked. I called buyers edge and they send me a new one within a week, but it was the wrong color, which I did not order. So finally they send me a stainless steel bosch dishwasher, which was dirty, scratched and oily. I did not accept this one either. Buyers Edge called me the same afternoon (May 21) and said they would refund me the money. But I still have the original broken dishwasher in my kitchen. I need help solving this problem. Buyers egde said they would give me a pickup date today, 5/21 but they did not respond. I need help, with my next step, what I can do next. I want my money back.
