Live in this apt. For several years and didn't change the damage stuff from the climate inside the apt. And got money from security dep. When we are leaving. This is a greedy and selfish act kind of owner. Some tenant left had the same complaints. Poor us! Not only that deducted... Too all the new stuff deliveries charges... Renovate the new apt. For a better one.
