PODS Storage - NOT GOOD!

One of the "benefits" of their solution is that the pods are supposed to stay level with the hoist they use at your home, what they don't tell you is when they get back to the warehouse they use a forklift and tilt your pod at a 45 degree angle while they go up the huge ramp into the warehouse. My pod looks like they put it in a paint shaker.
Customer service - BAD, they don;t call back and will not even let you know what 1/2 of the day they will show up!
Billing - BAD, they screwed up all 4 of my pods, charged too much for months and refused to show me a statement reconciling the amounts.
Scheduling - BAD, made arrangements with the call center, warehouse had no idea... Spent hours waiting for them... Sigh
Overall - BAD, use someone else, they SUCK!
