No where to retuen ordered merchandise

I ordered mbt shoes on line last 05/09 with order #2010050925271. I was not satisfied with the quality of the merchandise. To report this there is no customer service phone number to call, only a web site which is service@mbtoutlet. Store.com, which i found out is not valid web site. I'am frustrated because i dont where to contact them or email them. There is no way to reach them. Please help me and others not to fall in this fictious trap business. The company owes me $199.80. The shipment came from shanghai, china their international phone is 15922006895 print on the packing slip.
