Quality of Service

The quality of service at Walmart is something to be desired. My experience with the service at Walmart is horrible.
I have always been under the impression that sales associates goal were to exceed customer satisfaction. Apparently your manager miss that chapter in your mannual.
No longer regular at Walmart.
