False claims of item being "Hand signed"

J&J Coins is advertising "Hand signed"
Here's their item description:

They are not "Hand signed" its a stamped signiture. I believe thats fraud or out right deception at the least. There is also another ad by RA Hobby. They have shown the same items and also on ebay.
