Dead Beat Dad Avoids Child Support By Working Under The Table And Has Friends And Family Help Him Out

I've been having problems getting child support from my daughter's father for the past nine years. Jimmy A. Kesinger a.K.A. Cracker (according to jail records) has paid once in the amount of $110. He was ordered by the Duval County Court to pay $150 a month in child support, $3,300 in retroactive child support and help with medical insurance.

As of today Jimmy owes well over $16,000 in child support and that does not include my attorney fees and other expenses to raise my daughter. I have told the Child Support Enforcement agency in the state of Florida and Ohio where he has been living until I'm blue in the face.By the time someone tries to serve him paperwork in person or by mail he moves to another location.

He has lived in different parts of Florida and Illinois. According to my research from the internet on him and his wife Jill Weistroffer-Kesinger, they have been using their parents' credit (Nancy Gantz-Kesinger and Phyllis Weistroffer) inorder to obtain a place to live, purchase vehicles and other items. I am unable to find any assets in their names. I need help on getting as much information as I can on Jimmy and haven't had much luck other than obtaining police records from three counties in Florida.

He is capable of working and chooses not too. To my knowledge he does not file income tax returns, but his wife does. I need help obtaining information on a tax intervention program so my daughter will get the money that is owed to her instead of Jimmy and Jill. It's very difficult living off one income and not getting help financially. What breaks my heart even more is that there are times I can't even afford to get a happy meal for my daughter from McDonald's because money is so tight.

Can someone please offer some suggestions or guide me in the right direction for help. Thank you so much in advance!
