Return purchased item and never got my money back

I ordered a TV from the above company on Nov 20. My credit card was charged 11/24/09. I received the TV the beginning of December. Out of 135 possible stations, I got 2. One came in with no sound, the other sound and picture. Because of the busy holiday season, I did not get around to mailing the package back until Jan 11. (I kept trying different areas in the home, the two different antenas... Hoping I might get reception.) The company rec'd the TV on Jan 14. I have tried calling, getting an answering machine each time. I've left messages, I've emailed, I sent a letter & it was signed for by a Kacy on 3/25/10. I got the Better Business Bureau of CA involved and still nothing. Not a word from these people at all and no return of my money. All I am asking for is my $99 that I paid for the TV. I know I cannot get my shipping & handling back and I can't get what it cost to ship it back to them.
