Theres sooooo much to write it would be a book so i will put in outline format.
1. Two delivery dates not met
2. Hot tub finally came and dropped off in street I had to rent a fork lift to get it in my driveway before
i was sited by township
3. After unpackaging I noticed it wasnt the hot tub I ordered there weren't any exterior lights
4. Cover didnt fit
5. No chemicals
6. Wood frame instead of reinforced steel as advertised on my invoice
7. Never told this hot tub is made in China I would never have bought it
8. After wiring hotub filling it and turning it on I got an EP code and it wouldnt start I was told by there tech this was a pump failure code
9. There tech told me it was a programming problem from chinea and would send me a new mother board but Iwould have to install it myself which I did
10. Then the control panel had to be replaced Again I had to do it
11. NOne of these repairs fixed the problem as of 05-11
12. I then began to investigate further and found out I ordered a hot tub with two 5hp pumps and paid for a cold weather upgrade to a 5kw heater. I GOT two 3hp Pumps and a 3kw heater now Im being told by choosedirect they dont even have a hot tub with 2x5hp pumps or a 5kw heater. Well guess what gorgetting they advertise it my personal invoice has these items listed on my final sales receipt
13. I then find out these my hot tub does not meet american electrical codes and I cant use it
14. I spoke to Lisa with choose direct directly and she told me my hot tub was never retrofitted and im still waiting
15. Ordered 01-10-Delivered 10-12
16.87 Phone calls spoke to lisa 3 times
17. Over 75 E-Mails
To sum it all upin my opinion Choose direct and there Employees are knowingly and delibertly commiting internet fraud, false advertising, and robbery. Other than Michele, Robert, and Charles anyone thinking or doing business with this company should not trust anyone associated with Steve Barbovich ceo of choosedirect. Before I forget I also tried to contact him directly (do I need to say more)
