Berks Mobile killed my puppy

We took our 9.5 week old puppy to have a simple ear chop. During our initial visit it was very clear that they wanted to make more money off of us by offering unnecessary services. Despite this we left our puppy there for the procedure. The next day late in the after noon we received a phone call that our puppy had died. Now they are refusing to accept any responsibility. Our puppy was very healthy and happy by their own admission when we left her there. Now our family is heartbroken over this unnecessary loss.

We do not want any other family to deal with this loss of a beloved pet.
