The way they treat union employees and not explain the system

I have been in the union for five years and I don't understand why we get treated so bad this Ron Able comes out to the job sites and curses people out and tlls people that he is going to fight me. I went to the union today to try to straighten out my union dues and fees that were messed up by their employees and this Jim Cahill proceeded to scream at me and curse when I tried to explain my situation to him. I feel like we pay our money to the union faithfully and this is how we get theated we are not told anyhting about the union so Jim gets a attitude at me cause I stated that my husband told me something that should have been told to me by him since I pay my money to them. I don't appreciate how they treat us and expect us to know what is going on when they don't tell us anything all they do is take money from us. No paper, no instructions nothing just cursed out.
