Barton Fluker
Wrote me a check on a account he knew was closed and how won't contact me to pay me!

I designed a logo, secured a web domain, paid for web hosting and setup Barton Fluker's website. He said he would pay me the $400 he agreed to several times over a month long period before dropping by and leaving a check. He asked me to just hold the check and he would bring cash by the next week.

After 2 more weeks of his excuses I just took the check to his bank to cash. The bank told me that there was no longer an account with that name or number. So I contacted him, demanding that he make good on the bad check.

Several emails back and forth and he is now just ignoring me and refusing to pay me for the $400 of work.

This guy claims to be big in the nightlife industry in Fort Worth, but he is really just a scam artist and a loser. Don't EVER do business with him or his companies!
