Ripoff billing for "premium web content"

I was recently told that I owed $122.25 and that it was going to go on my credit report. They say it came from my phone number and required the last four digitd of a social of someone living in my house. Its just the two of us, and we never enter that information. So now I don't know what to do to stop this.
