Ripoff The same day I got this call my bank account was charged

I received a phone call offering to send a free vacation package for me to look at. If I wanted to keep it, then I would be billed 149.00. But the same day I got this call my bank account was charged.

I sent the package back as I was instructed to do. This cost around 8.00

I still have not got my money back, or have I heard any thing from them.
