Ripoff They are taking people's money and not giving them service or refunds

I am here to tell you its been since July when the I sent the package back and that they told me that my money will be sent back and now its October and I still don't have my money back. I am really upset and I wish I had some way to do something about these people cause they are taking people's money and not giving them service or refunds. I want something to be done with them.
