Offers of over $3 $4 $5 and $7 Million in prize monies

Hello, About 18 months ago I started to receive mail stating that I had been entered into a draw, and I was fully eligable to receive millions of dollars in prize monies, and all I needed to do was to forward $30 to receive my prize documentation. I did this only once, but my 80yr old Mother continues to send them $30 each week. These people are not the only ones she sends $30 to, she sends them far and wide even to Europe Canada Estonia etc. Each time she sends $30 within the 14 day time period, which sometimes amounts to $300 per week, to be eligible, we receive a booklet that advises us of world wide sweepstakes, and nothing more. Most of these sweepstakes deadlines have elapsed several months earlier. I got curious and did an online search for these people, and came across your website. It breaks my heart to know that my Mother has sent probably $2 or $3 thousand dollars over the last 18 months, and she truely believes she will be sent the prize money. I'm curious if there is any way possible to get the money sent returned, or if it is gone forever. I am also affraid she will spend her life savings If I cant do something to sway her otherwise.
