Ad kitten milk

I had 2,3week old kittens in which i was feeding them this (kmr) kitten milk replacement. For 5 days they were perfectly healthy. Well they died 5 days later 3hours apart from each other. I contacted the company and spoke to a debbie she was aware of the problem and has had quite a bit of calls she told me. And wanted to send me my money back, what good was that going to do for me. My kittens were now dead. She told me this happens on the way in transit from the heat. So now they are aware of this and not doing anything about this this is wrong. Why don't they refrigerate it? I want something done in some sort of way they are just letting it go and trying to make good by giving people there money back if that at all. They are getting away with this too cheap. And leaving people heartbroken (i know i am) not to say killing all these helpless little animals who do not know better.
