Although I was disappointed to not get an instant decision on my credit application, I was extremely happy wih the service provided by Liz at the Concord Pike location. She went out of her way to assist me help me find a number to contact GE Money bank. I was approved for the credit application, but wasn't able to find out until I left Dicks (very disappointing considering I have outstanding credit!)
All of that aside the service attention Liz provided me was fantastic -She is an outstanding employee and should be comended!
