He claimed we where going to save on taxes from the trust. Also our mothers money was never protected from the nursing home. He said it would be. When he drew the trust... He never transferred the assets. Therefore the whole purpose of the trust was voided. We spent $1,500 for nothing... Plus we are paying 35% interest which is higher then he told us. He did not save us from State taxes, Inheritance taxes and any other taxes not brought into account. Also he overcharged a fee for doing the income taxes on the trust. This was drew up in 2002. We did not find out until our mother passed away which was 2008. We where told to contact the Pa Bar Association but ran across this website. We are hoping for some resolution.
