When I first visited Dr. Pham office I had not been to the dentist for several years. My teeth were in very bad shape and needed a lot of work after my initial examination Dr. Pham patiently explained the areas that needed work on and laid out my treatment with options and timeline. For each procedure i was always informed up front of the cost and what my insurance would cover so there were no t any surprises there. I think this is the only medical office where I didn’t have to go back and forth with the office and the insurance company about the claims. Dr. Pham is truly a perfectionist. She is always working towards the best result for her patients. This applies not only to the end result but to the actual procedure. I know that my comfort is always a prime concern. If I ever feel the slightest pain, everything stops until I’m OK. When I receive injections, I barely even feel the needle. I know that some of my previous dentist would plow on despite my pain. I’m nearing the end of my corrective phase and I can say my teeth have never been healthier. They never looked or felt better. I don’t feel any anxiety about visiting this dental office. This dental team (Dr. Pham, Elizabeth, and Nick) always make it a positive experience. The office runs like a well oil machine and it is calm and relaxing. I am always treated with kindness and respect. No matter how busy the office is. There is always time to address my question and concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Pham to anyone and everyone.
