Misrepresentation of boat on e-bay

Oat was 2008 22' hurricane deck boat. 44 hours on it garage kept. I bid UP TO $31.000.00 THE ad was cancelled by seller, and put back on e-bay the next day, to bring a higher bid. As a mint condition boat i went to the higher before the bidding ended and bought the boat for $34.000.00. I wired transferred a $2000. Deposit, the boat was trailered to my home in ft myers fla. When the mint boat arrived, i noted the following, gel coat scratched on both sides, graphics scuffed up on both sides, holes at transom, no books for boat, all floor carpeting missing, engine was a 2006 on a 2008 boat, bow moulding dented, stainless steel prop half painted black, horn ring missing from steering wheel, skeg covered with a metal plate, indicating damage, horn would not work, lanyard for kill switch missing.
