I purchased this from a local pharmacy. After reading the reviews, I didn't want anything to do with talking to their company. I wanted to be able to take it back if I didn't like it.

My wife and I tried this for about 4 days and it got worse every day. On tv they say no downloads, you do have to download to update. This doesn't not work.
