Ip off company / claims to web designer but isnt one

I hired cowboy web designs to do my website but only lost more money in the end. She would leave for a week sent me a password said take it from here. Then returned a week later and said now pay me for last week $700 I said no way so she took down my website and slandered my company by putting in its place Removed due to non payment, this has hurt my business greatly and need to warn the public on this service. It was the worst thing I could have done by hiring her for my agency please head the warning and stay away. She is based out of calgary alberta and is very very young with hardly no talent for web designing I found out later she is going on a 3 week course from adobe only as her so called web designing
