Old english bulldog never got papers on ii paid her 800.00 for a bulldog and i tried contacting her over the papers. (by emails and phone calls) shes never returned my calls or emails

My name is jessica huffman. I had bought a english bulldog from amy herman at thunder hollow kennels. She never sent me the papers like she said she would.
I have called and sent emails to her asking for them. She keeps ingnoring my calls and emails. I have had my dog for two years now. Have benn trying to get a hold of her for two years, and still no responds. I would like to see action taking against her.
