Budget sent a mailing in the form of a check. If don't read the fine print and cash the check, you are billed a monthly fee of $14.99 to receive 2% cash back on credit card purchases. The marketing materials attached to the check read that you can receive up to $100 case back every year if one spends $5000 that year. It would cost $179.88 to earn back $100 IF one spent 5K in a year on the credit card. That is a complete rip-off. This should be ceased.
