The company charged me $2.97 for a kit on the business. They charged me an extra $139.95

I saw an article on the internet about a lady in Frisco, TX who was making around $5,000 a month using the internet. The website said for $2.97, they would send me a kit about the business. I assumed that it was being mailed to me. I didn't see anything else about having 72 hours to respond or else I would be charged $139.95. I signed up I believe on a Saturday evening. On Monday, I received a call from a gentleman from the business. I told the guy that I hadn't received the kit yet in the mail. He said that it was being e-mailed to me not mailed. I told him that I wanted to find out more about the business before making a committment. He said there wasn't anything to learn, it was just working on the internet. He told me if I didn't make a comittment within 72 hours that I would be charged $139.95. I told him that I hadn't seen anything about that. He gave me his phone number and said to call him back when I had decided on what I was going to do. The next day, I called him back. He didn't answer the phone. He said to leave a message, and he would call back. I told him that I hadn't received the e-mail from his company. I told him that I was cancelling my contract with the within the 72 hours and to let me know who I needed to contact to ensure my signing on was taken off so I wouldn't be charged the money. The gentleman never did call me back to let me know how to handle the 72 hour cancellation. A couple of days later, I was charged $139.95. I think this is a total rip off. They don't let you know how to cancel before the 72 hours is up. Also, they don't tell you on their website that they will charge you $139.95 extra if you do not sign up permanently.
